As a Ad Operations – Manager, you’ll be responsible for campaign management activities such as campaign set-up, QA, campaign optimizations, performance reporting. You’ll identify and implement optimizations based on data analysis/trends and provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation.  You will be expected to troubleshoot issues with advertisers/platforms when they arise to find solutions.

The candidate for this role must have a data-driven approach and an ability to multi-task with an eye for detail is a must. Additionally, candidates should have a creative and entrepreneurial drive and be excited to work in a fast paced environment while thinking quickly on their feet.

What do we expect from you

  • 4 +  Years of experience working with Programmatic Advertising Technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Deal IDs, RTB etc.)
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points
  • Experience in setting up campaigns and managing the campaign performance independently
  • Understanding of Google Ad Manager / ad-server and campaign configuration on such ad-server’s
  • Understanding upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
  • Knowledge/keeping track of the latest trends associated with online marketing like PMP, RTB, Video, App and Native advertising operations.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns to perform against brand awareness and direct-response KPIs (VCR/viewability/CPA/CPI/CPL etc).
  • Experience in strategic audience work
  • Strong understanding of data landscape and utilization (1st party, 2nd/3rd party)
  • Experience with multiple third-party verification partners such as Moat, IAS, and Double Verify.
  • Experience with various third-party tag specs including brand studies, DMPs, etc
  • Experience with troubleshooting discrepancies, creative tag setup issues, delivery issues and other issues from a technical support perspective
  • Ability to work well independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines as well as being highly responsive to clients
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, independent problem solver
  • Strong process, organizational and time management skills.

What will you work on 

  • Complete responsibility of portfolio of campaigns – P&L target achievement
  • Setup programmatic Campaign proposals on ad servers like GAM (Google Ad Manager) (previously known as DFP) or other ad-servers
  • Regular Monitoring of performance and optimization of campaigns owned
  • Analyzing historical performance data to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI/ROAS
  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting
  • Resolve issues that arise including reporting discrepancies, creative policing, trafficking requirements
  • Assisting in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports

  • Success in fast-paced environments, especially managing multiple clients
  • Experience of interacting with clients and participation in QBRs for large clients
